She quickly rounded up the right properties and within a few days was out showing me the best available options. Soli was a great help to us through the entire process of selling our home. Soli is very personable, courteous, patient, client focused, with great attention to detail. Soli did a great job giving us guidance on how to prepare our home for sale and helping us decide what sorts of small improvement or actions were good ideas (like home preinspection), versus other things which wouldn’t generally increase the sale price or the likelihood of a sale.

As we moved forward toward the listing date Soli helped us pick a balanced offer price for the home based upon the recent sales activity in our area. Since we had already vacated the home and moved some distance away, and we both work full time, we relied heavily on Soli to help us with all the things that needed to be done when we couldn’t be around, like bark delivery, staging furniture delivery, and so on. Our home sold quickly for a good price, we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Soli had lots of good ideas and guidance, including things to deal with after the purchase such as rekeying resources.

Soli was wonderful! She helped us with sale of our home in Graham. She staged our home and uses a great photographer for the listing. We already had a great home but she brought out the best in it and got us plenty of offers. She has great knowledge in what she does and is steadily available for any questions or advice. Soli did a great on selling and finding my new condo kept my up date on all events happening along the process of selling my Kenmore Condo and taking me out looking in the areas I was interested in buying a new condo.
